How long does it take to do a muscle-up with +10 kg?
Weighted muscle-ups come after solid unweighted ones: the plan wants 3 clean muscle-ups first, then adds 2.5 kg at a time with few, short sets. Few sources cover this, so treat the date as a first guess that your re-tests correct.
Body weight isn't asked, so +20 kg is a different feat for a 60 kg and a 90 kg athlete: the range is wide on purpose, and your re-tests narrow it.

How the estimate works
Each rung of the ladder has an expected duration at three sessions a week: a fast case, a typical case and a slow case.
Your numbers decide where you start. You skip a rung only if what you can do today already clears it.
The estimate is the sum of the rungs ahead of you, adjusted for your days per week. It is never closer than the sum of the fast cases.
If you're below the starting standard, the first rung builds it, and the time grows with the gap.
