How long does it take to do a pull-up with +20 kg?
Weighted pull-ups usually go up a kilo or two a week at first, then slower. Most programmes ask for 8–10 clean pull-ups before any added weight; the plan builds that first if needed.
Body weight isn't asked, so +20 kg is a different feat for a 60 kg and a 90 kg athlete: the range is wide on purpose, and your re-tests narrow it.

How the estimate works
Each rung of the ladder has an expected duration at three sessions a week: a fast case, a typical case and a slow case.
Your numbers decide where you start. You skip a rung only if what you can do today already clears it.
The estimate is the sum of the rungs ahead of you, adjusted for your days per week. It is never closer than the sum of the fast cases.
If you're below the starting standard, the first rung builds it, and the time grows with the gap.
